Because our products are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you receive something damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 working days so we can sort it out quickly.

Most orders are ready to ship within 1–3 working days. Larger or bulk orders may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Yes! If you need your order by a certain date (for example, for an event or as a gift), just let us know in the order notes and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

We ship orders via Royal Mail or trusted local couriers. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Absolutely! You can collect your order from our Ilkeston shop. Just select the “Collection” option at checkout.

We do thorough quality checks, but if something slips through, don’t worry. Just get in touch within 5 working days and we’ll offer a free redo or discuss a refund.
