At Sharma Crown Prints, each product is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or no longer want the product.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take pride in quality checking every garment before dispatch. However, if in rare cases a faulty or damaged item slips through, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order at sharmacrownprints@gmail.com or +44 7877 727727.
- If your claim is valid, we will offer a free remake/replacement of the faulty garment.
- If you prefer, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Important Notes
- Faulty claims must be supported with clear photos of the defect.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
